Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, fell 0.95% to $3,639.3, while Ripple fell 0.35% to trade at $3.0403.
The global market capitalization of cryptocurrencies is $3.73 trillion, with total trading volume over the past 24 hours reaching $141.53 billion, according to CoinMarketCap data.
Strategy purchased approximately 21,021 units of Bitcoin during the week ending August 3, for a total value of $2.46 billion, bringing its total holdings of the largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization to 628,791 units
