Pound gives up 3-year high due to profit-taking.

The British pound fell at the European market open on Tuesday against a basket of global currencies, giving up its 3-year high against the US dollar due to corrective activity and profit-taking.

The pound dropped around 0.35% to $1.3394, from the opening price of $1.3438, and reached a high of $1.3444
