China's imports of raw aluminum and its products increased in July, as the world's largest consumer of the lightweight metal continues to rise as demand continues to rise.
Customs data released Monday showed that China's imports of raw aluminum and its products rose 38.2% year-on-year in July, reaching 360,000 metric tons.
China's imports during the first seven months of the year also rose 1.5% year-on-year to a total of 2.33 million tons of raw aluminum and its products.
