Cryptocurrencies rose during Friday trading, with Bitcoin surging above $112,000, as investors awaited US jobs data that would influence interest rates.
Bitcoin rose 2.25% to $112,271, according to Coinbase data.
Ethereum also rose 3.16% to $4,411.45, Ripple rose 1.44% to $2.8423, and Dogecoin rose 2.3% to $21.71.
All eyes are now on the nonfarm payrolls report, due later today, which could show the world's largest economy added 75,000 jobs in August.
