Turkish industrial production rose by 0.7% in June

Industrial production in Turkey rose 0.7% in June compared to the previous month on a seasonally and calendar-adjusted basis, according to data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute on Monday.

The manufacturing index showed stronger growth, rising 0.9% month-on-month.

Compared to the same period last year, industrial production recorded a significant increase of 8.3% in June.

The manufacturing index performed better on an annual basis, rising 9.5% year-on-year
