Mixed Performance in Cryptocurrencies Amid Slight Rise in Bitcoin Price

Cryptocurrencies showed mixed performance during Monday's trading, with Bitcoin posting a slight gain, remaining above the $104,000 mark, while some other digital assets saw declines.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) expressed legal concerns regarding plans to launch exchange-traded funds (ETFs) that offer staking rewards to investors.

The SEC voiced strong and explicit objections, arguing that such funds may not meet the legal definitions of investment funds under federal securities laws—a key requirement for market approval.

Bitcoin rose by 0.53% today, reaching $104,943, after hitting an all-time high last month when it surpassed the $109,000 level
